1 The frequency of hair washIn terms of numbers of washes per week, there is not a universal rule to apply. The hair has to be washed when it loses its freshness and brightness, even every day if it’s necessary. Still, when you have an oily hair and you wash it often, choose delicate shampoos for your type of hair, especially created for daily use.
2 How do we wash correctly our hair
First, we have to wet the hair and the scalp with warm water (not hot because it may provoke a hyper secretion of sebaceous glands). After, put a certain quantity of shampoo into the hand, add a little water and massage the hair and the scalp too. You can repeat this until you feel your hair clean of impurities.3 Shampoos to be avoidedWhen we go shopping, we have to avoid shampoos which have foaming agents. These chemical products contain synthetic detergents which are used to make liquid soap and other cleaning products. They are appreciated because they produce foam but they are aggressive and may dry the hair. Search instead shampoos with glucose, which are more moderate.
4 Balm using
Balms have the role to care the hair, facilitating its styling, raveling the hair and healing its structure. This is the reason why you should use balm after every washing. Take care and chose the recommendable one for your type of hair and be attentive when you apply it. It is advisable to apply it on the hair, especially on apices, the scalp should be avoided. Many of us are asking which the difference between the balm and the mask is or what is more advisable to use. Concerning me, both are important. The mask is just more concentrated than the balm and has an outstanding role for hair rejuvenation. It is indicated to use the mask once or twice a week. As time of acting it varies, between 10 and 30 minutes and for better results cover the hair with a hot towel.

After you have washed the hair, cover it with a towel and keep it like that for 10- 15 minutes. This will absorb a large quantity of water and will shorten the time for drying. Do not rub the hair with the towel when it is wet. After that, brush your hair with a comb with big teeth. In case when you cannot let your hair to dry itself use a dryer with cold or moderate jet, never hot and take care to keep it 15- 20 cm from the hair.7 Mineral supplements and vitaminsA healthy diet would have benefic consequences over the hair too, so, feed yourself properly and do not forget about cures of vitamins and mineral supplements which help to maintain your hair healthy. 8 Essential oils
For hair grow and its regeneration use essential oils by plants or vegetables, especially essential oils with rosemary, ylang- ylang or oleander. Lavender and tea tree are aseptic and very good against dandruff. Vegetal oils, such those of soya, sun- flower and corn hydrate and maintain the hair’s brightness.-fain-
